Christians believe that Jesus of Nazareth is the Messiah prophesied in the Old Testament. In fact, Christianity depends on the truth of this claim.

However, Orthodox Jews believe that Jesus of Nazareth was not the Messiah. They’re still waiting for the Messiah to appear.
